Once you have captured the value of your innovation and its implementation you should promote it. It is always good for the team to reflect on the project process to explore what worked and what you can learn from. Communicate not only the value of the project but also the lessons learned so others can be guided by your experience.

This builds confidence in your change process and will make future change easier to enact.

Consider communicating your experience by undertaking the following actions: 

• Write a case study
• Prepare a report for the executive team
• Use company portals to make internal staff aware of the project outcomes 
• Promote the outcomes and achievements externally, being careful not to expose confidential information.
