See, think, do – an innovation thinking process
Meat & Livestock Australia September 1, 2021
The see, think, do process can be used as guide how to approach big or small projects to:
- Properly define the problem by focussing on the customer, reframing the question, using data and seeking external insights
- Generate innovative solutions by taking different perspectives, seeking ideas from others and having effective brainstorms that result in well-developed concepts
- Test concepts by prototyping, testing with users and refining based on feedback so that the innovation can be implemented.
This is an overview of see, think, do.
The innovation conversation template, based on see, think, do will help you solve the right problem with the right solution. It provides the questions to think through the problem and find an innovative answer.
